NRAI | New Shooter ID Registration

Important Notes:

A athlete having a shooter id (Registered or Applied) from one state cannot apply for new id from other state without obtaining NOC from existing state where athlete is registered.
Obtaining NOC (No Objection Certificate) is mandatory for all athletes for change of state.
After obtaining NOC, it is the responsibility of the athlete to submit the NOC, along with request for change of state, to the NRAI.
Only after the approval of NRAI, the athlete can participate from different state.
In case, a athlete participates from different state without approval of NRAI, the athlete will be debarred for two years.
NRAI 09 Oct 2023 ,All athletes, who are waiting for the approval for their Shooter ID cards or those who wish to apply for new Shooter ID, are required to upload the affidavit on 100 stamp paper and notarised ,as per attached format which should be duly attested by Notary Public, and send the original to NRAI. The NRAI, on receipt of the original affidavit, will only process approval of Shooter ID.
THIS AFFIDAVIT IS TO BE SUBMITTED BY ALL CATEGORIES OF APPLICANTS/ATHLETES - SENIORS/JUNIORS/YOUTH/SUB YOUTH/MASTERS/SENIOR MASTERS/SUPER MATERS.
