- A shooter having a Shooter Id (Registered or Applied) from one state cannot apply for new Id from other state without obtaining NOC from existing state where shooter is registered.
- Obtaining NOC (No Objection Certificate) is mandatory for all shooters for change of state.
- After obtaining NOC, it is the responsibility of the shooter to submit the NOC, along with request for change of state, to the NRAI.
- Only after the approval of NRAI, the shooter can participate from different state
- In case, a shooter participates from different state without approval of NRAI, the shooter will be debarred for two years
